Samples & Delivery

Samples

In order for everyone to find their correct size, we can send out a set of sizing samples. We do not charge for this service provided the samples are returned in their original condition within 10 working days of delivery and you proceed with an order. If you need more time, email the Konstruct rep you have been dealing with.

Once you are done with them, we can organise a courier to collect them free of charge. To book this, please email the Konstruct rep you have been dealing with. You will need to have the samples packaged-up ready for collection and we recommend leaving it at the school office. If your address is rural, this service is, unfortunately, unavailable and you will need to organise and pay for return postage.

Delivery

We will ship your order to one New Zealand address free of charge. From receiving payment, we will normally dispatch your order within 2-3 weeks, providing there are no stock issues or unforeseen delays. We will confirm the intended dispatch date once we have received payment. Please note, custom striped rugby jerseys do have a longer production time. 

Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link. Delivery is normally 2-3 days from dispatch.

If you have a deadline you need your order by, please let us know and we will do our utmost to make sure it reaches you on time.
