•when you apply to be a Konstruct credit account holder, in which case the personal information collected will include the information that you provide in connection with your application and, in some cases and with your consent, information held by a credit reporting service provider;

indirectly through your use of the Site and the functionality or services offered through it.

• Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information is processed in an encrypted form.
