Konstruct fully guarantees all products and print to be free from defect.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please email the Konstruct rep you have been dealing with and let them know what the problem is. Alternatively, you can fill in the form below. Contact must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to rectify this. We may require that all or part of your order be returned to us for inspection, to be fixed or replaced.

Some print methods can fade or crack over time. We use the latest technology and only the highest quality inks and threads to avoid premature ageing. We also undertake rigorous product testing so we remain the industry leader in print, apparel and promo.
