Orders & Delivery

If you want to buy your gear blank simply add it to the cart and complete the checkout. We will normally dispatch the next working day. If the item(s) you've ordered isn't in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you a full refund. Please read our returns policy.

If you want your gear printed let us know what you're after and we will provide you with a quote. It helps for us to see your artwork so if you have this handy, please upload it on the form. Before printing anything, we will provide you with a quote sheet which includes a mock-up of how your order will look once printed. In order to proceed, you will need to a) make payment in full; and b) confirm the following information is correct:

• the product style(s), colour(s), sizes and quantities; 
• the print method, location, dimensions and colours;
• the artwork and any spelling in it; and
• the delivery address.

If you have a specific colour requirement for a print, the best way for us to accurately match it is for you to specify the coated Pantone Matching System (PMS) number. If you don't have this, you could post us a previously printed item (such as a business card). The colours that display on computer monitors and devices vary wildly between devices and are not, in any way, an accurate portrayal of the actual print colour.

For most printed apparel and promotional product orders, we will aim to dispatch your order within 10-15 working days from receiving confirmation and payment, providing there are no stock issues or other unforeseen delays. For custom dye-sub orders or indent orders, a lead time of up to 10 weeks can apply.

If you have a deadline, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery timeframes depend on where you are. 

Standard shipping is 2 day delivery. 
Overnight is available to some regions and may cost extra. 

If your order is for printed apparel and you are in Auckland and wish to collect your order from our Henderson factory, please let the Konstruct rep you have been dealing with know and we will contact you once it's ready for collection. Alternatively, we can ship city-wide with Urgent Couriers which have a 1 and 2 hour service. This is subject to availability and does cost extra.
