Will we see what our garments look like before we receive them?
Yes. Once you've completed the online form, we will be in touch with a quote that includes how your garments will look. This is your proof; we do not send out physical printed samples. You will need to confirm all details before we print including:
Can we order samples to see the quality of the garments?
Can we order garments that are not in this catalogue?
Absolutely! From long sleeve tees to warm jackets, trackies, caps, beanies, fleeces, tote bags, polos, bags, scarves, robes, slippers, towels, pens, mugs, fanny packs... we can do it all! If you fancy something a little different, let us know what you're after.
What is the best way to send our design?
You can upload it on the online form, or email email@example.com. Even if it's a photo of a doodle on a napkin, we can work with it. Our favourite format is vectorised .eps files but we can work with most other graphic files .psd, .pdf, .jpg, etc.
Can our order have multiple garment styles?
Yes, however we recommend sticking to only one or two different garments (e.g. a hoodie and a rugby jersey). Garment prices and print areas vary, which can make ordering tricky.
Can we order different garment colours?
We generally do not recommend this, unless, for example, you are going for a navy hoodie and a burgundy rugby jersey. It can increase the price if we have to change the ink colour and also adds another level of complexity in collecting orders. It is also pretty cool for everyone to leave your school with the same coloured threads so you look like a cohesive group.
How long can personalised names be?
We don’t set a specific limit. We reduce the font size to make it fit, but anything over 18 characters will be small and harder to read.
What font are personalised names and is it case sensitive?
The standard font we use is Franchise Free Bold - here's an example:
As you can see, all characters are uppercase, however, uppercase characters are larger than lowercase, therefore, yes, they are case sensitive.
Can you print special characters or foreign symbols for personalised names?
We can print most standard characters such as @, #, $ etc.
If you want a foreign text such as 멜리사 리, please check with us before including it on the spreadsheet.
Can we choose a different font for our personalised names?
We can only print bold, solid fonts. Therefore, we recommend sticking with our recommended option but feel free to check with the Konstruct rep you are working with. All garments have to have the same font (i.e. you cannot change fonts for some garments).
Can we change details on the order form once submitted?
We cannot change any order details once the garments have been printed. Therefore, if you spot an error on the order form (e.g. wrong size), please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order has been confirmed but the garments have not yet been printed, we may be able to make a change, however, as per our terms and conditions, this will incur a fee.
How does online ordering work?
We will set up an online portal where everyone can submit their order. We will discuss with you a cut-off date all orders must be received by and include this on the portal. You can let your year know the web address (e.g. konstruct.co.nz/yourschool).
After the cut-off date, we will send you a summary of all the orders and an invoice for the total amount. You can take this to the office and ask them to collect money and make payment, or, you can do this yourself.
Alternatively, we can collect the payment via credit card when people make their order online. There is small fee per card transaction for this service.
How do we make payment?
Once all the orders have been finalised and sent to us, we will send you an invoice for the total amount. The invoice includes payment instructions. Our preferred method of payment is via direct credit (internet banking).
How long until we receive our gear?
Once we receive payment, we will let you know the intended dispatch date of your order. This will normally be within 2-3 weeks providing there are no stock issues or other unforeseen delays. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
What is your returns policy?
Because garments/products are printed to order, you cannot return or exchange your order except where faulty. For this reason, we recommend receiving sizing samples so everyone can determine their correct size.
Providing the error lies with us, we will work with you to rectify this. We may require that all or part of your order be returned to us for inspection, to be fixed or replaced.
