Production Times and Delivery

For most printed apparel and promotional product orders, we will aim to dispatch your order within 10-15 working days from receiving confirmation and payment, providing there are no stock issues or other unforeseen delays. For custom dye-sub orders or indent orders, a lead time of up to 10 weeks can apply.

If you have a deadline, please let us know as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is 2 day delivery. 
Overnight is available to some regions and may cost extra. 
If you are in Auckland, you can collect your order should you wish.
1 and 2 hour services are available for Auckland and cost extra.
